Science Access welcomes all the researchers and healthcare professionals around the world to be a part of prestigious event  International Conference on Plant Science and Molecular Biology which was scheduled by our organizers on April 20-22, 2020 at the world most heritage sited city Frankfurt, Germany



Organizing Committee Guidelines

As an Organizing Committee member, we request you to submit your abstract for the Session of your interest which will be updated in the website.
Please let us know the session you would like to chair/co-chair.
As an Organizing Committee member, we request you to suggest the names of Eminent scientists/Industrialists who could give a potential presentation for the Session. Group discounts will be provided on registration to the speakers suggested by you.
We request you to suggest any modifications that are required in the call for abstracts (or) workshops (or) any topic related to the Conference in order to enhance the Conference agenda.
As an organizing committee member of the Conference, you may refer the names of any potential contacts for obtaining sponsors.
Please let us know if you have any suggestions for increasing the participation in poster presentation session/workshops.
You may coordinate a session of your interest and review the abstracts submitted to make the session more effective.
We request you to include speakers and topics from industry which plays a vital role in Conference
For Speakers
A confirmed speaker should send his/her PPT slides to conference manager prior to the week of the conference. The time allocated for the speakers is limited and presentation must be within mentioned time. Question and answer sessions time will be controlled by session chair.
Plan your itinerary details accordingly, any change in time or day request cannot be considered in the final program. Using personal laptops are not recommended unless under unavoidable situations.
 For Poster Presenters
Poster Awards will be announced during conference Day 3, and best poster felicitation was done by chief guest of the conference.
Each participant is provided with fixed 1x1 whiteboard and poster numbers for presentation.
Time for poster sessions and Evaluator details are clearly mentioned in the final program.
All the speakers, poster presenters, and delegates are provided with concerned participation certificates according to our records. Any changes in Name and Affiliation should be informed to conference secretariat before 1 month of the conference.
E Posters
E poster presenter is not required to present in person at the conference. E posters are displayed on the conference website and conference poster session venue digitally.
The conference proceedings are regularly publicized in respective journals, CrossRef Digital Object Identifier (DOI) will be allocated to all the accepted abstracts. The publishing proceedings are sent to concerned author/speaker in pdf document after the conference.



Authorization Policy: By registering for the conference you grant permission to SCIENCEACCESS to photograph, film or record and use your name, likeness, image, voice and comments and to publish, reproduce, exhibit, distribute, broadcast, edit and/or digitize the resulting images and materials in publications, advertising materials, or in any other form worldwide without compensation.
